Plaintiff filed suit against Law Firm asserting legal malpractice. Lipson Neilson attorneys filed a Motion for Summary Judgment on Plaintiff’s legal malpractice Complaint on behalf of Law Firm.
On November 14, 2018, the District Court granted Law Firm’s Motion for Summary Judgment to the extent Plaintiff’s Complaint was based on legal malpractice and denied the Motion for Summary Judgment to the extent Plaintiff’s Complaint was based on Breach of Contract and allowed the case to proceed to short trial.
Prior to the short trial, another Motion for Summary Judgment on Plaintiff’s potential Breach of Contract claim was filed.
On October 1, 2019, the Short Trial Judge granted the Motion for Summary Judgment on the Breach of Contract claim.
