Partners David Clark and Janeen Isaacson spent a combined 20+ years as prosecutors with the Nevada State Bar and respectively served as Nevada Bar Counsel and Interim Bar Counsel. They know how licensing boards work from the inside and can use that knowledge to help law firms, attorneys and corporate counsel comply with Nevada’s MJP regulations. Mr. Clark helped draft some of Nevada’s MJP current regulations.
