Michael C. Curhan serves as “of counsel” to the Lipson Neilson law firm. He specializes in a range of litigation matters including employment litigation, business “divorces” and commercial litigation.
In 1998, Mr. Curhan was selected as 1 of 10 Michigan “Lawyers of the Year” by Michigan Lawyers Weekly.
Mr. Curhan earned a B.A. from Brandeis University and a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School where he was Articles & Book Review Editor of the Wayne Law Review.
An active member of the legal community, he serves as an advisor to the Institute for Continuing Legal Education(ICLE) Employment Law Committee and is a member of the American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association, and the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association.
He has lectured before various groups in Michigan, including Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association, and authored articles for a range of legal publications including, Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association and the Oakland County Bar Association.
