At Lipson, Neilson, Cole, Seltzer & Garin, Ms. Kincaid specializes in the practice of civil litigation, focusing on the areas of professional liability, employment practices liability, legal malpractice, real estate litigation and commercial litigation. Ms. Kincaid’s practice also includes a variety of complex insurance coverage litigation and property and casualty and related claims. Ms. Kincaid’s litigation experience also includes the defense of health care organizations. A graduate of Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business (B.A.), Ms. Kincaid earned her J.D., cum laude, at Michigan State University’s Detroit College of Law, and also studied international law at Loyola University College of Law in Rome, Italy.Ms. Kincaid is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, and the Oakland County Bar Association and has been appointed to the State Bar of Michigan’s Client Protection Fund Committee.Admitted to Practice: All Michigan state courts U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan U.S. District Court, Western District of Michigan |
