Ms. Kincaid is an experienced litigator in the area of professional negligence litigation involving health care law, and the defense of health care organizations. A graduate of Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business (B.A.), Ms. Kincaid earned her J.D. at Michigan State University’s Detroit College of Law, and also studied international law at Loyola University College of Law in Rome, Italy. At Lipson, Neilson, Cole, Seltzer & Garin, Ms. Kincaid specializes in the practice of civil litigation, focusing on the areas of professional liability, employment practices liability, legal malpractice, architects, engineers and design professional malpractice, real estate litigation and commercial litigation. Ms. Kincaid is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, and the Oakland County Bar Association and has been appointed to the State Bar of Michigan’s Client Protection Fund Committee. |
