Shannon Nordstrom is a principal with Lipson, Neilson, Cole, Seltzer, & Garin in its Las Vegas office. She practices primarily in the areas of professional liability defense, professional responsibility, complex commercial litigation, and employment law. Ms. Nordstrom has also practiced in the areas of wage-and-hour class action, personal injury, railroad and government entity liability, construction claims, misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, collections, and third-party reproductive law. Ms. Nordstrom earned her J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2001, graduating with Distinction and Concentrations in Intellectual Property and International Law. Ms. Nordstrom is licensed in both California and Nevada. She co-founded UNLV Boyd School of Law’s First-Year Attorney-Student Mentor Program, is a member of the Clark County Bar Association, the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers (APRL), serves as Co-Chair of the Clark County Bar Association’s Community Services Committee, and is a board member with Project REAL.
