Kathy LeSargeAn experienced litigation and Trust/Probate Administration paralegal at Lipson, Neilson, Cole, Seltzer & Garin, P.C., Kathy LeSarge specializes in complex commercial litigation and construction litigation cases. She also has considerable expertise in product liability, personal injury, commercial collections, landlord/tenant, and family law.Mrs. LeSarge utilizes various litigation software and other litigation tools to assist the firm’s attorneys in trial preparation and case document management. She also conducts pre-trial witness interviews, case research, investigations, and assists the firm’s litigation department in the preparation of pleadings and discovery material. Kathy LeSarge earned her B.A. with honors from the University of Michigan, has a paralegal certificate, and has attended numerous litigation document management seminars. She is currently pursuing her Masters degree in Public Administration. |
