_______________________________________________________________________________________________________ James Fairbanks is an attorney in the Lipson Neilson Las Vegas office. He has experience in insurance defense, general civil litigation, personal injury and employment law. He also served as an attorney for the U.S. District Court of Nevada handling inmate civil rights lawsuits and habeas corpus petitions. Mr. Fairbanks currently focuses on general civil litigation and professional liability. Mr. Fairbanks is a native of Seattle and earned his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law. After earning his J.D., he relocated to the Las Vegas area where he clerked for a United States Magistrate Judge before moving into private practice. Mr. Fairbanks is licensed in both Nevada and Washington state. |
