Crystal J. Herrera is an attorney with Lipson, Neilson, Cole, Seltzer & Garin, P.C. working in the firm’s Las Vegas, Nevada office. She practices primarily in the areas of professional liability defense, employment law, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation. Ms. Herrera earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Nevada - Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law, graduating with a Dean’s Award. While in law school, Ms. Herrera externed with the Honorable Judge Kent J. Dawson in the United States District Court, District of Nevada. She was selected to participate in the Strasser Mediation Clinic and Boyd’s moot court team, known as the Society of Advocates, taking second place in the 11th Annual Clark County Moot Court Competition. During her final year of law school, Ms. Herrera worked as law clerk in Lipson Neilson’s Las Vegas office. Ms. Herrera is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in the State of Nevada. She is fluent in Spanish. |
