Joseph A. Starr Featured Speaker at Professional Liability Underwriters Symposium

Starr is one of the featured speakers participating in the 2006 Professional Liability Underwriters Symposium (PLUS) held April 10-11. As an experienced litigator specializing in the defense of professional liability claims, Mr. Starr was chosen to be among top professionals in the insurance and liability industry to address the gathering, which attracts a national audience of insurance industry professionals. He will speak over the course of two days of educational meetings and discussion tackling current issues regarding employment practices and fiduciary liability at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York City. The Commissioner of the U.S. EEOC, Stuart Ishimaru, also will be in attendance as a featured panelist.
