Bloomfield Hills, Michigan – Joseph A. Starr is a featured speaker at the State Bar of Michigan Labor and Employment Law Section’s annual meeting, held during the State Bar’s annual meeting on September 14, 2006. Mr. Starr will address
“Employment Practices Liability Insurance: What Every Employment Lawyer Should Know,”
during the meeting held at the Marriott at Eagle Crest in Ypsilanti. “I consider it an honor to address the Labor and Employment Section of the State Bar. Employment Practices Liability Insurance and its protections play an increasingly important role in employment litigation for both attorneys and their clients. I plan to share a few of my thoughts regarding how Employment Practices Liability Insurance impacts both plaintiffs and defendants,” states Joseph Starr.

Starr is a principal with Lipson, Neilson, Cole, Seltzer & Garin, P.C., specializing in the defense of Professional Liability (Employment Practices, Attorneys, Architects & Engineers, Accountants, Directors & Officers, Insurance Agents / Brokers and Real Estate Brokers) claims, commercial litigation and insurance coverage disputes.
