LIPSON, NEILSON, COLE, SELTZER & GARIN, P.C. ANNOUNCES MERGER IN AN EXPANSION OF LAW FIRM'S PRACTICE

BLOOMFIELD HILLS - Lipson, Neilson, Cole, Seltzer & Garin, P.C., a full-service litigation and business law firm with offices in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and Las Vegas, Nevada, announces it will be expanding its estate planning, probate and trust administration practice by acquiring the Southfield law practice of Steven H. Malach, effective immediately.

Steven H. Malach, principal of his own law firm and head of the Center for Estate Planning, will develop strategy for and lead the expansion of the estate planning practice group at Lipson, Neilson, Cole, Seltzer, Garin P.C., which also includes probate and trust administration services. Malach's practice also encompasses business, family and real estate matters.

"We'll be bringing a ready caseload, clientele and presence. The move will provide existing and future clients with a greater base of expertise," Malach said. Malach, has 29 years experience in elder law, estate planning and business law and will be bringing his staff of five, including attorney Priscilla V. Hirt, to Lipson Neilson. Hirt is a specialist in elder law matters and a member of the State Bar of Michigan and its Probate and Estate Planning Section, as well as the Detroit Bar Association.
